Accommodation

The local organisation committee recommends the two hotels below, one on walking distance of the conference site and one on the fringe of the city with a subway connection bringing you within an hour or less almost from door to door. The second accomodation is cheaper and maybe particularly attractive for participants, arriving by car, not wanting to enter the city center.

If you consider booking one of the recommended hotels, please do so as soon as possible, because the negociated prices are relatively favoured and won't last until the last moment. Of course there is no obligation. In a city like Amsterdam there are plenty of alternatives, but it may be difficult to find your way through the traffic.

4. After “Search Now” you will be able to select your room type. In order to be granted the special room rate you will be required to select either the “Economy – Small Double Room” or the “Standard – Standard Twin Room”. (Other room types will also be available, however the discounted room rate will not apply)
Guests will be able to make reservations at the agreed rates till latest 5 June 2022 unless of course if all agreed 30 rooms which we are holding for this group are booked before.
